Test: How effective is SEO Booster PRO and myTwitterBooster?

The plugins sold on this site is supported by a lot of a positive reviews and happy customers, but for those who have not yet seen the power of these plugins such as SEO Booster PRO, or are yet to be convinced exactly how beneficial they can be for you, I have set up a test, which will be closely monitored, and the results posted here on this blog.

In this test I have set up four almost identical WordPress sites (except for a few important details)….

All four WordPress sites will use the same theme, same basic SEO setup/settings, but will differ slightly:

• The first WordPress site will not receive any special treatment.
• The second WordPress site have SEO Booster PRO installed with all features turned on (it is a test, remember?)
• The third WordPress site have myTwitterBooster turned to maximum, also with automatic Tweeting of new posts.
• The fourth WordPress site have SEO Booster PRO installed as well as myTwitterBooster turned to maximum.

The purpose of these four sites, is so monitor the difference in exposure, rankings, and traffic. Although a test such as these is best done with a larger set of sites, the numbers will expose a trend for these sites.

All four sites have gotten the same initial kick-start. I have linked to all three from three different sites, where I enter the links in varying order, to ensure the roughly same “weight”, and the links are just links to the root url, and the anchor text is the exact URL of the site.

The sites will be using the Thesis Theme, with the same identical layout.

All four sites are targeting the same general master niche, in a competitive area, where there is a lot of benefit in targeting long tail keywords, which are what the sites are gonna be picking up.

The sites have their same unique content gradually delivered from the same source, but will not be duplicate content to avoid penalties which will skewer the results horribly.

All four sites are set up to be running TOTALLY automatically, and will not receive any tinkering, nor will it be necessary to log in to the site, except to check in once in a while, ensure no hacking has occurred, etc.

The names/URLs of these sites will not be revealed as to not manipulate the numbers.

I should also note that the two sites that will be running SEO Booster PRO, both will be running the latest beta which includes some features not yet publicly available. Details will be revealed later on.

The sites were set up and launched a few days ago with Tony Lindskog, and the first results will be presented when the test has run for a month. The test will run for several months, in fact half a year should be minimum, but I will present the first month results and then gradually reveal details and numbers when it feels necessary.
