I recently checked out SEO Ultimate, and on their homepage they have a quick install function, which I made a similar implementation off here on CleverWP.com

Use it to quickly enter your WordPress blog url, and you will instantly start the installation process. Fast, quick and easy!

It works by simply redirecting you to the installation page of your blog, ie:

http://myblog.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=plugin-information&plugin=seo-booster-lite and then letting you continue your normal installation process.
